Rental Application
In order for Andros Properties to process your rental application we require the following:
- Completed Rental Application form
- A clear photocopy of your Driver's License
- Current Credit Report with Credit Score
- Completed Authorization to Release Information form
- Check in the amount required to hold the property
- Proof of Fire and Liability Insurance policy
